Local group experiences aren't a ticket you buy — they're a room you're invited into. A few honest paragraphs is all this takes, and it's how Kristen makes sure the people sitting in that circle are ready for each other.

There are no right answers. Write it the way you'd say it out loud. Half-sentences are fine; performances aren't useful to anybody. Kristen reads every one herself. She'll come back to you personally about the next experience and what a seat involves — nothing is charged from this page. It stays between you two. Nothing you write here is ever shared with the group.

Tell me about the last time you let people see you struggling. What did you say, and what happened after? If the honest answer is "I don't — I handle it alone," say that. It's useful.

When you decide to change something and it gets hard around week three, what usually happens? Walk me through a real example. What did you tell yourself when you stopped?

In this room, people will ask how you're actually doing and follow up on what you said you'd do. What's your honest reaction to reading that? Wanting it and dreading it at the same time is a real answer.
